Toghrol tower, considered as one of important mausoleum towers in Iran, is a tower which was made in the sixth century A.H. and is located in the city of Rey in the south of Tehran. The core of the walls of this tower is made of adobes and is covered by bricks. It is 21.20 metes in diameter, 20.50 meters high, and has walls as thick as 2.80 m. Thoghrol tower is one of the undamaged buildings remained from the Seljuks era
